BEING AND EVERYTHING by Dawn DeDeaux TRANSART FOUNDATION  / HOUSTON

Dawn DeDeaux created a 20,000 square foot multimedia installation interpreting the medieval roots in the Pulitzer Prize winning novel Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole. DeDeaux focused on the Goddess Fortuna, who she created as a life size ghost to dance in the New Orleans Brulatour Mansion courtyard before her gushing sculpture - The Wetbed Fountain. The work was presented as a feature of Prospect.2.
